I am so excited to be offering Classes in the Mail! Today, I am bringing you my first Class in the Mail—Flowering Tulips- February 2022!!
Here are the details!
When: Now through February 10, 2022 (or sooner if I sell out)
PLACE a minimum $30 order online with me now through February 10, 2022 (or sooner if I sell out) using this Host Code: STBEJVWT and you will receive the following:
- Cardstock, Designer Series Paper, and Ribbon cut for the 4 cards in the class. Also, Dry Embossing will be completed where needed. Each card will be in their own envelope. Nothing will be stamped on your supplies. You will do your own stamping and will need The Flowering Tulips Stamp set #157672 to complete your projects. Please know the items which need their own stamping will not be cut out. You will need to do your own cutting after stamping.

Hello Friends! Today, I’m sharing this sweet Count on Me Valentine card!
This card features the Count on Me stamp set #155647, Always in My Heart stamp set #158183, Floral Heart Dies #154306 and the fun new Sweet Talk Designer Series Paper #157616. It was a fun card to create using the paper piercing technique.
The bear image is from the Count on Me Stamp Set and is stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto Basic White card stock and then colored with Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends. I wanted to give the bear some light and dark fur so I used the Stampin’ Blends Color Lifter to lift some of the color off to create a muddled fur effect.
The flowers are stamped using Blushing Bride ink. The flower outline is stamped in full strength ink and the flower center is stamped off one time before stamping the final image. I used Granny Apple Green ink for the leaves. My ink pad was extra juicy so I stamped the leaf outline off one time before stamping the image. The center of the leaves are stamped off two times before stamping the final image.
Center of the heart: I applied a light sponge layer of Highland Heather ink using a Stampin’ Blending Brush to create the background.
I used the paper piercing technique to create the bear’s jumper. I first stamped the image onto the Sweet Talk Designer Series Paper using Memento Black ink. Next, I hand drew the bears jumper onto the stamped image. Then, fussy cut out his jumper. This piece was glued down to the bear image colored with Stampin’ Blends.
Measurements:
- Basic White Thick: 8 1/2″ x 11″; score at 4 1/4″
- Basic White: 3 3/4″ x 5″; 4 3/4″ x 4 3/4″, 1 3/4″ x 2 3/4″, 5 1/2″ x 4 1/4″ (flowers and leaves)
- Real Red: 3/4″ x 2 1/2″
- Highland Heather: 4″ x 5 1/4″
- Sweet Talk Designer Series Paper: 3 5/8″ x 2 1/2″ (stripe); 3 5/8″ x 1 1/16″ (heart pattern); 1 3/4″ x 2 3/4″ (word print)
- Ribbon: 6 inches

- Pool Party: 8 1⁄2 x 5 1⁄2 score at 41⁄4 card base
- Basic White: 4 x 5 1⁄4 (cut2), 1 1⁄4 x 4( cut3), 3 1⁄4 x 4, 2 x 1 1⁄4, 2 1⁄2 x 21⁄2, 1 3⁄4 x 1 3⁄4, scraps
Instructions:
- Stamp the ‘Even the Darkest night will pass’ sentiment with Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto the 2 x 1 1⁄4 piece of Basic White card stock. Cut a ‘V’ to create a flag.
- Stamp the rain using the image from the After the Storm stamp set alternating with Pool Party, Balmy Blue and Pacific Point ink onto a 4 x 5 1⁄4 piece of Basic White card stock.
- Die cut three cloud borders using the Basic Border Dies from the 1 1⁄4 x 4 pieces of Basic White card stock. Stamp the small cloud image from the After the Storm stamp set over two of the borders with Smoky Slate ink. (Note: Use second and third generation stamping).
- Die cut a cloud border, using the Basic Border die, from a 3 1⁄4 x 4 piece of Basic White card stock. (Note: Place the cloud die at the very top edge of the card stock).
- Stamp three clouds using the small cloud image from the After the Storm stamp set with Smoky Slate ink onto scraps of Basic White card stock. (Note: Use second and third generation stamping). Fussy cut around each one.
- Stamp the ‘smiley’ sun rays onto a 2 1⁄2 x 2 1⁄2 piece of Basic White card stock using the images from the Sharing Sunshine stamp set with Daffodil Delight and So Saffron ink. Die cut using the 2 1⁄4 circle die from the Layering Circles die set.
- Stamp the sun face onto a 1 3⁄4 x 1 3⁄4 piece of Basic White card stock using Daffodil Delight and So Saffron ink. Die cut sun face using the 1 1⁄2 circle die from the Layering Circles die set.
- Attach sun face to ‘smiley’ sun rays using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Stamp the sun rays from the After the Storm Stamp set with Daffodil Delight ink onto the 3 1⁄4 x 4 piece of Basic White card stock. This is the card stock with a cloud border at the top.
- Assemble layers as follows on card base: Basic White 4 x 5 1/4 (adhesive of your choice), the 1 1⁄4 x 4 and 3 1⁄4 x 4 cloud border layers (attached using Stampin’ Dimensionals).
- Attach ‘Even the Darkest night’ sentiment using Stampin’ Dimensionals and mini glue dots.
- The ‘smiley’ sun is attached using multi-purpose glue.
- Two of the single clouds are attached using multi-purpose glue and one is attached using a Stampin’ Dimensional.
- Inside: Onto a 5 1⁄4 x 4 piece of Basic White card stock stamp sun rays at the top left corner using Daffodil Delight ink.
- Stamp ‘a little sunshine’ sentiment using Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto the white cloud bottom border.
- Adhere layers to inside card base using adhesive of your choice.

Hello Friends! I am excited to be sharing a birthday card I made for a special friend who also happens to my Upline! My card showcases the gorgeous Hand-Penned Suite from the Stampin’ Up 2021-2022 Annual Catalog.
The flower image is stamped using Highland Heather, Daffodil Delight and Mint Macaron inks. For the large flower, I stamped off once using Highland Heather ink.
The sentiment and flower image are adhered to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
To complete the inside of the card I used the scallop edge die from the Penned Flowers Dies to create a sweet little border to the Basic White card stock layer. Then, added just a bit of the gorgeous Hand-Penned Designer Series Paper.
